Returns and Refunds Policy

If a product is deemed faulty or defective Micoo Art & Decor representative/s will replace the item with no additional postage charges to the customer.

  • Please choose your purchase carefully as our products are custom made to order. Returns and exchanges will not be provided for change of mind or incorrect size or colour or print & framing materials chosen by the purchaser.

Please note that colours in the print may differ slightly from your personal display or from one display device to another due to the colour calibration/colour depth of your device or monitor.

Any textures, blur and other effects used in the artworks are intentional.

  • Returns are permitted if the item purchased is faulty or damaged or fails to meet the description as outlined on our page.
  • As soon as your item arrives it is your responsibility to open your package and check your purchase. Any damage needs to firstly be reported via email at info@micoocollective.com.au or make a report through our CONTACT page, within 5 days of receipt of the item.
  • Once a return has been approved the purchaser will receive confirmation via email with details as to the return process. 

In the email requesting a return please include a description of the problem along with photos. 

  • We also ask that you keep all packaging in case you need to make a return.

Returns will only be accepted if they are returned in the original packaging and have been adequately and carefully repacked.
